Dr. Eng. Amir Mirchi

Amir Mirchi was appointed Chief Executive O"cer, Sarmin Metals in February 2021. With over 30 years of international experience in the metal and mining industry, Dr. Mirchi brings extensive experience across geographies, commodities and management. He combines strong commercial and business development expertise with critical technical understanding. Prior to this, Dr Mirchi has had a long professional career with Alcan and Rio Tinto. Among other leading positions, he served as the Regional Vice President at Rio Tinto.
Dr. Mirchi holds B.Sc. in engineering with a M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees.
Stéphane A. Rigny

Stephane A. Rigny founded SARMIN HOLDINGS INC. (SHI) in 2014, a Toronto based private investment !rm focused on high value-added resources, infrastructure and energy projects in Africa. Mr. Rigny, with more than 25 years of experience in Africa's industrial and natural resource projects chairs Kanga Potash though SHI’s a affiliate and extends to Bauxite in Guinea through Sarmin Bauxite Ltd. and Iron Ore in Liberia through Sarmin Metals Pte Ltd. Prior to this he was VP of Francophone Africa in the Project Finance division of Rand Merchant Bank ("RMB"), a leading South African Investment Bank.
Mr. Rigny holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal.
